My Resolutions Day 206

I managed to sleep for about four hours today, I didn’t sleep when I wanted to, so I fell asleep around 11:00 and woke around 15:00. Just when I think to try and get a better sleep schedule again, the very first night, I can’t sleep. I figured that it’d be hard, at least when I sleep though, I don’t sleep for very long, so it doesn’t feel like I wasted the day.

I managed to think of a few small stories I can do in-between other stories. I did post some writings not long ago, they can be found here,

On my five-year-plan, I think the best way to lay it out is in a table. I’ve read that you should break your plan down into actions you can take now that can build up. So being healthy and fit would be like a monthly action and goal would be, revise workout if needed and try to lose 1 pound, respectively, and have a daily action which would be to do 30 push ups and 30 sit ups and eat healthily. I don’t know what would be a good workout plan so I’ll be looking into it. Also for the writing, I am not sure if it should be something like write for 30 minutes every day and monthly would be something like, finish one short story or poem.

I should be playing Uncharted 4 again tonight with my brother and his friend, but I am not sure if we will since my brother fell asleep and just woke up.
