I tried to start this week off by getting up early, I didn’t sleep, so I didn’t get up early, but I stayed up late, which got the same result, I was up at 7 AM, but perspective, right?
Getting up early is hard for an insomniac as you might find that for a few days you’ll have a good sleep schedule and you’ll get up early but then one day you’ll not sleep and your sleep schedule is different.
The day hasn’t been too bad, tired, but fine.
I managed to get a little bit on my five-year-plan written out. So far it is as follows.
1: Keep fit and healthy
– Get a healthy body.
- By this, I mean to get better from my conditions or at least get manage them to the point that they don’t interfere too much with life.
2: Keep my mind clear and my feelings up
– Keep my mind clear.
- By this, I mean that I want to keep my mind free of worry and clutter.
– Keep my feelings up.
- By this, I mean that I will try to stay positive and keep myself happy.
3: At least write one book.
– Write a book.
- By this, I mean that I want to write at least one book, whether it’s a novella or a novel.
I will try to build a plan around that.
